Today for lunch the crew had pesto. It was made fresh from the ingredients in our garden. It had basil, kale, pumpkin seeds, olive oil, garlic, zucchini, and pasta. Homemade steak and mashed potatoes. The steak is tender and juicy because you soak it in beef broth and mix it with Henderson’s secret spices (classified). Chop the boiled potatoes with mayo and dash of relish and mash the potatoes by hand.
